Anong Nasa Loob ng Iniinom Mong Klase ng Tubig? (What is Inside the Kind of Water You Are Drinking?)

Mineral Water
Ang mineral water po ay isa sa mga common type of water na iniinom natin. Kaya tinawag na "mineral water", ay sa kadahilanang puno po ito ng mga minerals na nakabubuti sa katawan. PERO, kung idaraan po sa isang experimentation ang mineral water, ang iniinom po nating mineral water ay ito:
Mineral water is one of the common type of water we drink. It is called "mineral water" because it is full of minerals which is good for our health. BUT, if mineral water will be under experimentations, this is the mineral water that we drink:

'Yan po ang mineral water na iniinom ng karamihan sa'tin. Ang mineral water din po ay may average ph scale na 5.7 na ang ibig sabihin po ay slightly acidic. Hindi po nakabubuti sa kalusugan kapag nag-tetake po tayo ng acidic.
This is the mineral water that most of us drink. Mineral water too has an average ph scale of 5.7 which means it is slightly acidic. It is not good for out health if we take acidic substances.


Distilled Water

Ang distilled water din po ay isa sa mga common type of water na iniinom natin. Ito ay tinatawag din pong "patay na tubig." Bakit po patay na tubig? Ang distilled water, dahil sa pag-process ng water, ay wala na pong halos minerals na natitira sa distilled water. 'Yan po ang dahilan kung bakit tinatawag na patay na tubig ang distilled water.

Distilled water too is a common type of water we drink. It is called "dead water" too. Why dead water? Distilled water, due to the processing of water, almost no more minerals remain in the distilled water. That is the reason why distilled water is called dead water.

NGUNIT, sa kabila po ng pagiging patay na tubig ng distilled water, ito po ay malinis tulad ng nakikita ninyong imahe sa itaas. Ang distilled water po ay may average ph scale na 5.8. Katulad po ng mineral water, slightly acidic ang distilled water. Gaya po ng sinabi kanina, hindi po nakabubuti sa kalusugan kapag nag-tetake po tayo ng acidic.
BUT, on the other hand of being dead water of the distilled water, it is clean just like the photo above. Distilled water has an average ph scale of 5.8. Same as the mineral water, distilled water is slightly acidic. Like what I said awhile ago, it is not good for our health to take acidic substances.

 Alkaline Water 

Ang alkaline water po ay isa sa mga uri ng tubig na iniinom  din natin. Ang alkaline water po ay nakabubuti sa katawan dahil ito ay anti-oxidant; ibig sabihin po ay naaayos niya po 'yung pagiging acidic ng tissues na nakapag-pipigil po sa pagkakaroon natin ng mga karamdaman. 
Alkaline water is one of the type of water we drink too. Alkaline water is good for our health because it is an anti-oxidant; meaning, it fixes our body for being acidic of tissues which prevents us in having diseases.

Ang alkaline water po ay may ph scale na hihigit sa 7 (neutral); na ang ibig sabihin po ay nakabubuti po sa katawan. Ito rin po and pwedeng panimula ng pag-lilinis po ng katawan para hindi po madalas dapuan ng karamdaman.

Alkaline water have a ph scale of 7 (neutral) which means, it is good for our body. It is a good start for people who wants to clean their body to prevent having diseases all the time.
